Serving Northern Virginia since 2017, our small group training program delivers results using proven strength and conditioning principles and methodology. The XLR8 program is designed for dedicated athletes of all ages. Challenge your inner-athlete and let's get after it today!

First, they'll ask WHY you're doing it.  Then, they'll ask HOW you did it.

Dynamic Warm-up

Activation & Injury Prevention

Before every training session, we implement a dynamic warm-up designed to stimulate the cardio-pulmonary system, activate the musculoskeletal system, and increase proprioception.

Movement Prep

Mobility & Flexibility

Our movement prep series is designed to mobilize and activate muscle groups specific to the days training protocol. This allows the athlete to best prepare for a successful training session.

Power Development

Ground Reaction Force

We use multiple barbell, medball, and kettlebell variations to promote triple extension, develop ground force reaction time, and increase power output in multiple movement planes.

Speed / Agility

Acceleration, COD, Sprinting

Speed is a game changing attribute for athletes. So is effectively changing directions. We use a variety of developmental means designed to increase acceleration, speed, agility, quickness, change of direction and explosiveness. Don't get left behind!

Strength Training

Long-term Development

We use a variety of modalities to develop strength and stability through functional movement patterns. Progressive overload allows athletes to make gains and track their progress. Strength training is key to developing power and preventing injuries.

Conditioning / Core

Stamina and Resiliency

Athletes in top physical condition will have the best chance to help their team win. Adequate conditioning is vital for injury prevention as fatigue can lead to late-game injuries. A strong core is a must for all athletes to maintain balance, stability, and produce rotational power.
